Cirrus (Ci): In the form of filaments, they generally move in layers. They are thin and they never hide the sun.
Cirrocumulus (Cc): They are thin and composed of very small elements but they are unstable clouds.
Cirrostratus (Cs): They are stable clouds. They are uniform cloudy veils and are often transparent and whitish. They frequently create a phenomenon of a halo around the sun.
